An online search tool developed and hosted by MapData Sciences Pty Ltd (MDS) is helping thousands of households access the Australian Government’s ceiling insulation programs.

The Australian Government contracted MDS to develop the online ‘Find an installer’ tool for the Energy Efficient Homes Package. Householders use the tool to search a national Installer Provider Register, locating an insulation installer in their local area. Read full story

Lara is the young electronic lady that leads a caller through the process of determining where the most appropriate Vodafone store is for the caller. This service is enabled by an XML service between MDS and Vodafone’s systems.

Park & Fly Airport Parking had a problem. The location of the parking station is complex, as the street address does not match the driveway entrance. GPS systems would direct customers to the wrong location and customers were getting lost.

MapData Sciences(MDS) experience with online mapping applications and as the supplier of the base road network data, were quickly able to make the necessary adjustments. This was to enable the customer to find and locate the facility painlessly, without having to leave the website.Read full story
